Do you have legal questions or know someone who does? Don’t miss this opportunity for FREE legal advice for anyone, regardless of socio-economic status, on Saturday, October 14, 2017, from 9:00 to noon in the Library’s Sharon Lawson Room and Board Room. Meet with lawyers one-on-one to get your legal questions answered. This is a walk-in clinic, no appointments.
The Free Legal Clinic will not create an attorney-client relationship unless separately memorialized by agreement of the potential attorney and client after the Free Legal Clinic’s conclusion. Therefore, participants should not expect that counsel would otherwise continue beyond the Clinic itself.
The program’s coordinator is Kathryn Ellis, attorney with Legal Aid of East Tennessee who is the Pro Bono Project Director. For more information regarding this program, please contact Legal Aid of East Tennessee at 307 Ellis Avenue, Maryville, Tennessee 37801, (865) 981-1818.
