Have you been wanting to try out a 3D printer? Have some fun learning and create a prototype by attending a Maker Day at the Blount County Public Library where Knox Makers will be supplying 3D printers.
Knox Makers, a local non-profit organization for hobbyists, will also be providing a polargraph, Raspberry Pi and other technology.
And Fine Arts Blount will have arts and crafts projects available for making hands-on creations.
This awesome day of making will be on Saturday, July 26, 2014 from 2 to 5:30 p.m. at the Blount County Public Library in the meeting rooms and hallway.
Maker Day will be the grand finale for the Teen Summer Reading Program and will be a continuing event for the Adult Summer Reading Program.
