Powerful Tools for Caregivers

This class help caregivers take better care of themselves while supporting a friend or relative. In six weekly classes, caregivers learn self-care tools to:
- Reduce stress and negative emotions
- Improve communication
- Manage time
- Solve problems
- Make challenging decisions
- Locate community resources
- Build self-confidence
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is not a support group. It is a proven education program offering tools and training to help you take control of the caregiving journey and develop skills that will ease stress and burdens so that you can continue providing quality care.
