Mark Davidson will discuss the resilient people who filtered out of Pennsylvania into the Shenandoah Valley, the Carolina Piedmont, and eventually into the Tennessee Valley and beyond. Many of them have local ties to this day. Davidson is an adjunct professor at Pellissippi State Community College.
